How do I buy and install an eSIM on Kawenter?

Choose a destination, pick a data plan, and complete secure checkout. After payment, open your order status page to view the QR code and install steps. Scan the QR in your phone’s eSIM settings to activate.

Which devices support eSIM?

Most recent iPhones, Google Pixels, Samsung Galaxy models, and many tablets support eSIM. Your device must also be carrier-unlocked. Use the “compatible devices” list on this page and confirm eSIM is enabled in your settings.

When does my eSIM data plan start?

Plans typically start when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the coverage area (not always at purchase). Check the plan details for duration and any “activate within” window before first use.

What is the difference between country, regional, and global plans?

Country plans cover one destination. Regional plans cover a group of nearby countries on one eSIM. Global plans cover a large set of countries worldwide. Pick regional or global if you will visit several places on one trip.

Can I keep my regular SIM and use Kawenter eSIM for data?

Yes on dual-SIM / dual-standby phones. Keep your primary number for calls and SMS, and use the Kawenter eSIM for travel data. Turn on data roaming for the eSIM line if your phone asks for it.

Do Kawenter eSIM plans include calls and SMS?

Most Kawenter travel eSIMs are data-only. Use messaging apps over data for calls and chats. Always check the plan summary before checkout.

What if the price changes or a plan is unavailable?

Before creating your order we re-check the live catalogue. If the price changed or the plan sold out, we ask you to review the updated options — we never charge a new price without your confirmation.

Can I cancel or refund an unused eSIM?

Yes if the eSIM has not been activated. Open /esim/refund, enter your order number and email, then choose a money refund (23% cancellation fee) or a promo code credit (about 5% fee, valid 6 months, one-time use). Activated or used eSIMs cannot be cancelled online.
