5. Visa Processing & Government Requirements
a. Processing Times
Processing times are estimates based on government guidelines. Delays may occur due to:

- Missing or incorrect documents
- Additional government verification
b. Approval or Rejection
Visa approval is 100% the decision of the government, not Kawenter. We are not liable for:
- Rejected applications
- Shortened visa validity
- Changes in government policy
c. Additional Documents
Governments may request extra documents at any time. It is your responsibility to provide them promptly.
6. Payments & Refunds
a. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers.
b. Visa Service Fees
Fees cover:

c. Non-Refundable Fees
Once an application is submitted to the government, fees are non-refundable, even if:
- The visa is rejected

e. eSIM Refunds
Because eSIMs are delivered digitally, activated or downloaded eSIMs are non-refundable.
